Hi keep reading about people sending in form 1022.

When we had our meds & pcc requested we were also sent form 1022, but I did not send that back, as I thought it only needed to filled in if any of our circumstances had changed.

Could someone please confirm this for me.

Thankyou so much for your good wishes.... I have to admit I am really scared now and can't imagine why I started this thing.....

Our timeline is

visa subclass 136 (MODL)

visa application sent on 29/4/05
acknowledged 04/5/05
meds and pcc sent unrequested 19/7/05
request for extra info &1022 19/8/05
obtained and sent 26/8/05
visa granted 12/08/05

We are going to celebrate big time tonight husbands been saving a 40 year old malt whisky just for tonight, so fully intend to sample the amber liquid..

We are hopefully going to head off for Perth around November time, our house although sold subject to contract still needs to be signed sealed and delivered.... so I am well aware it could all go t*ts up, but at least we will have the visa in our passports.

Once again thanks and I really wish you all who are waiting or are just beginning the process all the best and whatever don't give up.... we were faced with a few medical problems on the way and I was certain that we would be refused..... but hey I am going to live in Australia....
