From the above statement what i infer that the application will not be processed in the normal time frame.
Personally I get no such inference from their statement.

+1

There's nothing in that statement to support such an inference.

Hi Kashifbari

My ACS results were also positive under Software Engineer (261313) and I too thought of applying for South Australia State Sponsorship. But I did not find much IT jobs there and that is why did not applied for it. I checked on http://www.seek.com.au/.
Do you mind sharing your view related to job opportunities you find in South Australia?

Related to time, I have checked with my consultant and also many peoples has commented on this blog, that after 1st July it is very unpredictable what time it will be taken to revert on application.

Thanks in advance,

I got similar comments from the WA counterpart. Typical way to drag on.

Unhappy Re: Already have Approved State Nomination under 475, wil be refused

Hi All,

this is for your information, only for the ppl who are not aware about this matter, if some one has a 475 or any visa granted to any state, cannot be applied for 190 visa or 489 visa category to SA (south Australia) due to there new policy, ppl who have been application for 190 or 489 with a valid visa grant in hand will be refuse by SA.

Sorry, but that paragraph really doesn't make any sense. What are you trying to say?

He is saying that
Immigration SA has asked the prospects to select only one visa subclass(190 or 489)

Why would someone who already had a visa granted want to go for a 489 or 190?

Oh, by the way, there are provisions for 475 holders to apply for a 489 to give them a year extra in Australia.

Visa refusals will not be based on your comment. They will be based on DIAC deciding that people do not meet the requirements.
Your original comment makes no sense. Why would people holding "any visa" be applying for State Sponsorship from SA?
