Do a search on the forum - several people have done front-end loading recently for spouse/fiance visas.
If you can't find the answer try a more specific question and I'll see if I can answer it!

And while we are on the subject of front-end loading......can anyone tell me how long I should expect to wait to hear about my appointment date? Emailed Oz House on May 6th, and as yet I've heard nothing. Anyone know if this is excessive? Should I try again?? (Don't want to upset them!)

hi There

Iv,e just sent off my front end loaded spouse visa for hubby.

Any questions then fire away!!!

I emailed aus house and they said a front end loaded appliaction should take about 28 days to complete. For an appointment , it takes about 4-5 weeks .
Hence I opted for sending in application.

You can send me private messages if you have any questions!!!

Cheers BooBoo

Hi Booboo,
How quick did they answer your e-mail? Just wondering whether mine has gone down a black hole, but don't want to get black marks for pestering Oz House!
Thanks,
Pollyana

Yeah - mine also said 40 days but most people on here are having to wait
longer - fingers crossed for you mate.

I am front end loading - I have an info sheet I can send to you if you like?

Its much easier - just clip all on to front of form and you get a fairly
quick decision!

GOOD LUCK!

[QUOTE] Andrew P

Hi I'd be very grateful for the info. sheet you have on Front End Loading,

hi Pollyanna
I emailed twice
25/4 and then 30/4 because I hadnt heard anything back.
Got an interview date of 27/06 but we asked for a later date.
We were told its much faster to mail the front load.
Also I didnt realise this before but they are unable to certify copies of passports etc anymore. We were just going to take originals....
hope this helps

Well, I need an 'overseas mission statement' for my fiance visa and i am not
sure what that is? I am getting a statement from the bloke who is marrying
us and the venue receipt.
Also I am wondering what proof you take that you have a relationship ..... I
have a joint-company with my fiance and bank account so will take that
docuentation. But what else? I have letters from friends saying they know we
have been in a 2 year relationship.

I fully appreciate any help.....you lovely people !!!!! :-)

hi wombatboy

I sent in joint endowments, joint mortgage statements and water bills.
Do you have joint memberships to any clubs or gyms, that would be helpful.
Have you made a will to each other?
Have you any invitations that name both of you (parties, weddings etc) this will show that you are socially accepted as a couple.
Have you both been on holiday together and if so your passports can veryfy this.

Hope this helps

Matt,

For comprehensive info on applying for a partner visa, go to this link.
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/books1.htm

It's the link to the booklet that accompanies the partner application, and
within it, gives a complete list of ways to prove your relationship.
Everything from joint loan agreements, joint bank accounts, rental receipts,
utility bills in both names, etc etc.

It's very good and should answer all your questions. It's a free download.

Hope it helps,
Margot.
