Form 47sk
i am a little stuck on question 53 do you need to put what countrys you have lived in during the past 10 years if you have only ever lived in the uk.
also question 61 (skill matching scheme).Do i fill this question in even though im not applying for this.I am only applying for skilled independent.
i hope somebody can help me on this matter

Yes, you need to. This gives the officer the list of countries from which he should expect police checks for you.
Filling in Skilled Matching section would do no harm. If your luck clicks, you may get a job even before you land up in OZ.

Should make answering that question so much easier! Only one line to fill
out.

Think of it as a "free" lottery ticket. The grand prize is a job in
Australia.
