The flow of SRS visa
Anyone can tell me what is the flow of SRS visa? Do I correct?
1) Skill assessment, party: skill assessment authority
2) Attend IELTS, party: BC or IDP
3) Apply state's sponsorship, party: state's government
4) Apply DIAC's SRS visa and paid 1st instalment, party: DIAC
5) Medical exam, party: DIAC
6) Visa granted, party: DIAC
I would like to ask, which step and party involved "paid course fee of Concessional English", and I want to ask which step and why to be paid 2nd instalment? Thank you!
