I had my medicals done on June 20 and everything went fine. I am wondering now if the medicals and x-ray for the fiance visa are valid 12 months as well and if i could still refer to them in the next stage of the process (temp spouse visa) or if i have to do them again in OZ....my fiance visa will be granted in july and there will be only 9 month till i apply for the next stage.

As long as your medical is less than 12 months old when you apply for the next stage then it will still be valid. They may request another one if there were any issues with the first one, but otherwise you should be OK. Mine was 10 months old when I applied for the residence visa and they said that was fine

Thats what I thought......Nice to know i dont need to re-medical for the temp spouse visa.
Do I have to do another medical for the permanent spouse after the 2 years ?

I didn't, but my PR was granted this year. By the time yours is due the rules may have changed, so don't take my word for it.
