Ex-Army people.........please help!
Hello,
I left the army about 5 years ago, after serving 5 years in the Royal Signals. Ive just applied for my spouse visa and i sent in a certified copy of my discharge paper, now theyve come back and asked for a 'certificate of conviction/non conviction'
Does anybody know what this is and where i can get it from? Ive had a look through my 'red book' but theres nothing like that in there.
Is it just like a military police check?
Somebody please help me!

Hi,
We are ex Army aNd all we sent was our discharge papers (red book) and the Police checks, Forms are available from your local nick.

Im also ex army (QARANC) and have been asking questions about police checks for the countries that we have been posted to, so any info you have i would be very grateful
