ETA's
Hi All,
I have a Skilled Indep 175 Visa Granted Nov 08 and have flights to Perth booked for Aug 09...............at last.
My question is, do I need a ETA for when we arrive there or is the 175 covering for thi?. We dont intend on coming back to the UK within the year.

Please be sure that you enter Australia before the Initial Entry date on your Visa. If your visa was granted in Nov 08 and you are only going to Australia in Aug 09 that seems like a long time...

However we are within the time scales. Which is -
Class VE, subclass 175 Skilled - (VE 175) Independent by no later than - 06 October
2009.
