I had submitted my EOI application in August and still waiting for the reply. I heard that it takes maximum 2 months to get the reply.
Any idea??

Are you waiting for invitation for 189 visa,190 visa or sponsorship on another type?

Never heard of 2 months. It takes as long as it takes, depending on various factors.

what is the VISA subclass? if it is 190, you will be notified instantly when a state sponsor you, however in 189 it takes bit longer some times and it purely depends on current circumstances.
