Employer Nomination Scheme
Hello all,
If someone is a contractor to a business (so basically self employed - no annual leave, sick leave etc - pays a percentage of his/her earnings as rent for rooms, secretarial services, chooses own days off etc) but will work there full time - is it possible to apply for PR under the ENS or is this route possible only for employees paid a steady salary...
