DIAC Priority Processing issued on 23 Sept
Not sure if this has been discussed elsewhere on the forum but I just across the Priority Processing issued on 23 Sept. Needless to say I am shock to see that the processing time is now is a ridiculous 3 years for my GSM176 non priority application. I submitted my application on 13 Sept (see attached from Dima's website) 
With each passing year, Australia is getting more and more expensive to migrate to with high housing prices and strong currency.

Err yes it has been discussed quite a lot on here since September 23rd. You should find loads of posts on the subject. At least some Cat 5 applications seem to be moving now.
