Re: December 2008 Applicants
Feel like giving up . No jobs or prospects over there at the moment, is it worth going to something worse than we have in the UK at the moment - only difference is subshine. Cheer me up please, i'm obviously feeling sorry for myself, i'm really miserable and fed up!!!!

Great news guys - We got CO request letter
So now on with police checks and Medicals - It will take 3 trips - it take 3 trips to get any done here in Dubai - Oh and don't forget to bring the husband
Can't really believe it - we're in shock here.
LOL

Wonderful scaria... when exactly did you apply? Was it for for 175? I'm 17-Dec 175 applicant. May be, I'm also not very far from getting a CO

No HR/LR any more. They are processing in the order of lodgement date.

Re: Dec 2008- Application being processed further
So if you send a PLE enquiry, or additional documents, or anything that would require someone at ASPC to have a look at your application, it automatically activates the 'application being processed further' message.
Prior to Dec 2008, most UK applicants were being attended within 6 months - which meant that the first one to pull up their application would be their case officer once they are allocated one. So it was a general assumption that the message 'being processed further' means a CO - but of course that is not the case.

I also applied on 8th Dec online, I hope we all get a co soon, This thread means that Dec 2008 applicants should look forward to the next step of Visa process for example "Application Processed Further"
best of luck,
