De Facto Visa Help
Hi
I am currently drowning beauracracy but cannot afford a Migration Agent, can anyone help?
I am told my application could get rejected if I do not provide all evidence and cannot afford for this to happen.
I am currently in Australia on an ETA Visa and only have until December 7th!!
If I lodge my application before then does that mean I get to stay in the Country until it is processed?

Not every agent charges unaffordable fees and most will give you a consultation which will allow you to answer all your questions.
