But, I do have the right to require DIAC to give a clear answer on the processisng priority within CSL.

But I sent my PLE 17 working days ago, still no reply. Seems DIAC found it's hard to answer my question why I am no CO since I applied in June 2008, so they ignored my PLE

wow chilled out guys!! it just over the night at this thread has started to burst into flames. please make a call to DIAC ASAP to let them know Electronics Engineers are very concern about their application now. it may not help but i think it definately give you a clear answer of the status of our application.

lool I know the law and I'm also aware of the FACT that 175 doesn't give you the right to appeal but thats besides the point. We are not discussing 'decision' - read through some of the posts and perhaps you'll realize that we are actually debating 'policies/trends'.

How about YOU read the POST first to have an idea of whats being discussed, before you decide to tell other people what they should or should not do ?

Thanks people. But please read the whole thread, if you do that, you are going to find out that I've already called them, I've already sent PLEs and the only thing that they say, is to wait, until end of May. That´s all.

that are the thing that i've done too. PLE, "Contact Department" in Status page, called twice. the answer is Wait until end of May.

I called them yesterday, the operator told me that she will help me to write a request, and I will get co in 10 working days, and co will contact me in another further 10 working days
