Default Cont. Parent question

My father has got renal (kidney) failure and is on treatment for that. he is also a diabetic.

Is there any chance that he can get a Contributory Parent visa?

I really don't know.

He would have to pass the medicals though.
Perhaps you should discuss this with an agent first.

Good luck

You'd need to get an opinion from an agent like Peter Bollard (an expert on migration and health issues) to be sure, but my feeling is that renal failure is most likely going to be a no-no.

There is no health waiver for parent visas. Sorry to be the bearer of less than positive news.
