How recent does the police clearance from Australia have to be when

As far as I know all police checks have a 1 year use by date and they base you first date of entry on your police check and meds so for example if you recieved your police check on 1st November 2003 you must enter by 1st November 2004.

You are correct..unless you have your Meds before your PCCs are returned in which case it'll be 12 mths from them.
