discharge papers
we have everything ready for fatty to apply for the prospective marriage visa, except for one thing, a copy of his discharge papers from the airforce, he served with them for approx 6 months 25 years ago! he has written to the airforce base in Lincolnshire approx 10 weeks ago, he also went to the carreer's office in Middlesbrough 3 weeks ago and was told that they would make the request on his behalf and he should hear something within 20 - 14 days. We want to front load our application and were wondering if it is worth lodging the application with everything else and just send the copy of the discharge paper to our case officer if and when we ever get the damn thing!
Hope someone can advise us
