Question Australian citizenship-Good character and offences

Hello every one !

I was reading the citizenship handbook and was looking at citizenship requirements today as I will apply for Australian citizenship in a couple of months. Section 10 of this handbook describes what "Good character and offenses" means and it looks to me that this covers a broad subject and is evaluated by the immigration officer if you have a good character or not.
my question is if (FOR EXAMPLE) my neighbor claims that I am making noises and takes the issue to the court and I am found at fault. Then will the immigration officer takes this as an offense ?
or if my house agent sends me a vacation notice issued by court due to breaching the tenancy agreement then will this have any impact on my citizenship ?

Regards

No.
Not unless you keep on doing it repeatedly,

Only Criminal Acts are listed on your Police Check. Administrative Laws (such as Tenancy Agreements) wont be listed.
