We ended up calling them, and they sent it that day! followed by a copy 3 weeks later!! just to make sure. You are right about the spam filter, we use Mcafee and the second one was filtered out.

our meds were done in .... ummmmmm..... august. i would have hoped to be in Oz by then if not, its gonna cost me a further £500. i reckon im losing that on a daily basis on the value of my house!!!!!

all as well selling house, what IF we dont get the visa's? ,plus we have to be out within november, then moving in with mother inlaw Arhhhhhh .
Never heard of any one being refused........or do they just hide from forum?
