hi is there anyone there to just quickly answer me a question, im justing doing an online application(have saved it for a minute) i have got to the payment page, then it says submit application, at what stage do i attach my scanned documents, is there anyone still awake who knows the answer.

Hi, when you submit the payment you will get a Transaction Reference Number (TRN) generated for your application. You will get asked to make up a password for this too (read the instructions carefully regarding number of characters etc). After this you should be able to upload your documents.

Some people (me included) have had problems attaching docs straight away and had to wait 24 hours to be able to log back in to upload docs - which may be due to the system recognising your application.
