Letter received via email from agent (letter also dated 31-05-07) - but the online application tracking still says In Process, and was advised by agent that this is not necessarily always updated in a timely fashion, so to those still waiting - a letter could be in the post with the website still saying in process.

Hooray - now I just need to sort that visa application, will most likely be a July applicant.
Great news congrats - and good news that they are not taking too long

Yeah - Congrats to vgenburgos. I have a new status - 'With assessor' which has followed the 'In process'. It's been 2 months exactly!

Update me please!!!!

Just got a letter from the ACS with not quite what I wanted but an equivalent score. So - 2231-79 - Network Security and granted last week.

The ACS website still says 'With assessor'!!! So place less faith in that being accurate.

2 months start to finish.

Now let's see how long the visa bit takes......

Congratulations Fugazi - Mine still says with With Assesor too (3 working days after approval) - so seems like the online check is far from accurate.

Cheers,

Vic

Hi,
Congratulations! Do you know if there is a way to track TRA online? We are waiting 5 weeks now and are getting anxious!

Thanks,
Dor

Unhappy Re: April 07 - TRA & ACS Applicants

I am still waiting to hear. The aplication still says 'in process'. We had to send a further reference in as my husband has only been doing this current job for 4 1/2 years and he needed 6 years experience. They sent acknowledgement on the 4th of May, we are not sure when the timescales start from now.

Well we emailed ACS last night to see how much longer we'll have to wait.

Got an email this morning requesting additional documents.

Really angry that it's taken them 10 weeks to tell us that - we could have had all this together weeks ago.

Now we've got to work out how to provide suitable references or stat decs from two companies which have since dissolved.

Woah - really hard news sorry to hear it - I was asked for more references too - even though they had 3 different ones for the period they asked for - may status said 'awaiting docs' but when I sent a new ref through changed to 'processing' so I guess I'm OK - will leave it another couple of weeks then email them

Question ACS Applicants

Hi there,

Nice to read that most of you got sucessfull assesment.

I also sent my papers to ACS and they received it on 11th may. The status changed to "in process" a month later on 12 june.

It seems things are moving. Still I would have some questions to you who already are in assesment progress or finished it.

A applied for MODL - Java. Do ACS call for interview? We have a time difference of 7 hours and I don't know when they would call if they do.
The same applies for the persons mentioned in the reference papers.

So, from you experience ACS is communicating with me or with reference persons trought email or phone. Do they make an interview and ask tehnical question like Java related in my case? ( like I should be dreaming Java even at night )

Thank you for your time answering me,
Peter
