Dear All,
My spouse first cousin live in Victoria (Code 3152) and he's willing to sponsor me
for visa 489.
1) Can he sponsor me ?
2) if so is it possible to live anywhere in Victoria State ?
3) How long it will take to get a visa invitation ?
