I am not sure...Actually I asked the same to my agent also..but he always kept saying..wait for few days..wait for days..I asked do we need to mention to CO that we have uploaded everything...he only replied wait for few days..den he sent one PLE when I forced him to do this and below is the reply of PLE:

"Dear Ranvir Sethi,

Thank you for your email regarding the application of Mr Sharma. I have
referred your enquiry to the area processing his application for the
attention of his case officer. You will receive a reply shortly."

I really don't know what does it mean..after 7-8 days days I got my visa.

for me it took around 12 days to finalize..my medicals reached at 18th june..was confirmed that they received the same on 25 june and were finalized on 30th june ..

2)Did you upload the state sponsorship also in the documents?

No i did not do that! My agent only sent PLE to DIAC to confirm whether they have got my form 1100...and he never sent me reply..may be he did not get reply..but after 3-4 days only i could see status got changed to 'application being processed further'..so i came to know form 1100 has reached....
