AOS interview been requested
Hi,
Ref: Class BU Remaining Relative visa subclass 835.
We have applied for this visa type for our eldest son and have received a letter requesting that he submits a Police Clearance request for Australia and that we arrange the AOS interview with CentreLink.
Does this mean that basically he has his visa???????? Although it does say at the bottom of the letter that "Approval of an AoS application by CentreLink does not guarantee the success of your clients visa application".
Any thoughts would be great
