My credit card was debited yesterday, but no letter as of yet!
I did'nt expect it to cost as much as it did, i think the rate i got on the day was 2.3939. This made the application cost £831.27, looks like i'm staying in this weekend! |

Wendy Just been reading everyones repsonses and congrats to everyone that has got acknowledgement. whens mine going to come?? we sent our visa on 2nd sept and still no acknowledgment getting a little down hearted at the mo cant stand the waiting. |

Funny thing happened today, my husband got a call from the credit card company, the fraud section asking if it was ok that a payment of £800 + went to the department of immigration..needless to say he said yes!!! Yippee finally something's happening!!! Can't quite believe I'm happy someones took £800!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please remind me again, how much in $'s do DIMA charge.
As I thought it was $1900, which if you use EX.com to work out the conversion, it should work out to under £800 (today in fact is £766.89), whereby everyone seems to be paying over £800. A little confused. |
