Default "Any Other Qualification" for subclass 189

Dear All,
After matriculation (10 years education in school) I have done the 3 years D.A.E (Diploma of Associate Engineering in Computer Hardware) .

According to https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/189-

Australian Diploma or Trade qualifications
You can receive 10 points for an Australian Diploma or Australian trade qualification.

My D.A.E will be equal to Australian Diploma so i will get 10 points for this above , right?

Any other qualification
You can receive 10 points for any other qualification or award which is recognised as suitable for your nominated occupation in your skills assessment by the relevant assessing authority.

I have done the Cisco Certificaton CCNP and my field is IT Networks so according to ACS https://acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf...Applicants.pdf
i will also get 10 extra point for the above Any other qualification ^^ . Now my total qualification will be 20 , am i right ?

Kindly shed some light. Thanks in advance.

You can only get points for your highest qualification. In this case they are equal so you will only get 10 points.

Also, with only a diploma equivalent qualification, you are going to need at least 5 years of experience to be deemed skilled by ACS - and those years will not count for points.
