Another medical Q.
Now i am in panic mode!!!! The doc didnt want any reference number when we went for our meds today. I said do you want our acknowledgement ref number he said no your all right.
Now how will they know who we are in Sydney will our name do? As we have done them unrequested!

Names are never enough, but names and dates of birth are usually unique. Usually! But recording the file number or client id on the forms is a very sensible precaution. You will always be able to check receipt through the Local Clearance Unit and make sure they've got reference numbers at that stage.
