Hi,

I am a Chartered Accountant from India, applied for Aussie PR and
hoping to get it in next three months.

I am planning to do some one year course in Accounting from University
of Melbourne to learn the Aussie accounting and taxation standards and
then look for a job, preferably in Melbourne. Also wish to pursue
CA/CPA in Australia for career enhancement, but it would take 2-3
years. So I would require a job along with.

Can someone give me some idea about the job prospects and salary range
I can expect with my background and Aussie education for one year?

Are there any resources on the net from where I can get the
information I need to take an informed decision?
