Hi, I was wandering if anyone is sitting their trade exam/practical for Air Conditioning in the UK (I think it's in Glasgow) this July?
My husband has submitted his paperwork and we are just waiting to find out if all is okay for the July exam. Not sure when we should hear!
Any advice would be appreciated.

im a newbie to this BE site........

im a fridge, a/c engineer going over around may 09(to melbourne)

just sent off my veassess stuff last week, i think im going to london to do the written exam, if i pass i then have the practical, im sure its in june in london tho..?

ive been on other forums looking to talk to other fridge lads, but can't find any, must all be hard graftin eh..?

i do alot of VRV,City multi systems (although im a bit of an office jockey now) are these popular over there...or is it mainly splits..?

would like to know about salary,vehicles, holidays, hours etc, if anybody can help??

have just sent my vetassess application away 2 weeks ago,have been checking web site and it is reading active hope to here soon about practical don't know how long these things take.

heading for Melbourne also

have had a look at web sites regarding jobs wages vary from £30.000-£45.000
and probably vary just like here on experience
