Does he have a MARA registration number? I've done a quick search of the MARA registry but don't seem to be able to find a Ralph Hunter. If it were me, I would ask if he's a registered migration agent. If not then I would not be using the services of his company.

I would have to recommend Glenn Newton, he handled our TRA and now is handling our visa, he is always very quick to respond to emails, have had no problems at all.

I think he works with a registered agent - will find out his name. Ralph does the recuitment side of things and helps us to settle once there etc. Thanks for you input. How do I find a MARA register?
