176 sponsered visa.. eligible relative ?

176 sponsered visa.. eligible relative ?
would my sister's husband be able to sponser me for 176 ? I know it doesn't figure in the DIAC website list of 'eligible relatives' but I think there could be a chance that it might be accepted ?
Her husband is an Australian citizen. people ?

I think if your sister is a PR holder or a Citizen of OZ, she may be able to sponsor you.
