Advice regarding Form 1101(George Lombard ,JAJ)

Hi,
Recently I have been asked to do medicals, Form 80 etc. Along with these
froms I have received Form 1101. Do we (Me and my wife) have to fill this
form as we have never visited Australia? Advice please.

You don't need to do Australian police checks if you've not lived in
Australia before.
