Advice pl. I have 'near family' in UK can my brother sponsor us-he is an Oz citizen?
Like I say my brother is an Australian citizen and he's more than willing to sponsor or help in any way he can for me and my family to go to Australia to live. I am eligible for an employer sponsor but am not on the SOL (my husband is not eligible for either). This is a problem as I don't want to have to work full time right now with a young family.
The other thing is my husband (born in Germany but has UK citizenship) only has a 1/2 brother in the UK is there a way round things that way?
I have been looking on the gov.imm. site and can't find anything myself but that's when I accidentally came accross the 119 visa can anyone offer any advice at all thankyou :0)
