ACS - certified documents.
I've received an email from the ACS saying that I need certified
documents of my references and passport...
What .......certified.
How the hell do you certified a reference ???
So I need to resend a copy of my passport (certified) and I'm not sure
about my references yet. Has anyone else had trouble doing this, plus
they are asking for references for all my job positions within 10
years !!!!
Quote from the ACS :
'All original documents are to be photocopied and certified by an
official of
the appropriate immigration office, a Justice of the Peace or a notary
public official. Photocopies or faxed copies of certified documents
are not
acceptable. '

Re: ACS - certified documents.
Hi Ron,
We had to get loads of certified copies of various documents.
Its dead easy, photocopy the document and take the photocopy and orginial
document to a solicitor.
He or she will then stamp the photocopy with their company stamp which
states that the photocopy is genuine.
It didn't cost a penny.
Hope that helps.
