Yes, I can confirm that you can email and communicate to your accessor. I did that yesterday and I got a response.
FYI: I did shoot my question only once and got a response that satisfied me. I did not ask him questions over and over.

Yeah, I meant the same, Just ask Him/Her why once? they will give proper answer which most of the time satisfy...
I saw ur Other Thread, and 190 has only 5 Points, 489 gives 10... Please check everything before applying...
