Question 457 visa

I was just wondering how you find out which companies are able to sponsor you for a 457 visa.
Or is it just a matter of contacting the ones you would like to work for and asking them if they are willing to do so?

I would contact a few of those who specialise in your field.

If they have sponsored before they will have valuable info and if they havent then best to stay clear as it can take ages for a company to become a sponsor.
