457 dismissal by employer - reasons ?
hello
first nice forum.
and i have direct a question.
my employer have some 457 working visa employees.
now him fired 2 of them without any reason, the visas from the employees are valid till end of 2012 ?
if this possible ? I always thought that the employer only can extraordinary dismissal ? for example i not come to work or i steal something, etc.

If they were fired for no reason then that is a matter of employment law, 457 visa holders have the same employment rights as anyone else.
