407 visa-holder looking for PR
I am a 33 year old Overseas-qualified Psychiatrist currently working at one of the major public health hospital organizations in Melbourne. I currently hold an employer-sponsored 407 visa and I am looking for pathways to attain my PR on my own. My 30 year old wife is a Psychiatrist too, having the same visa, working in the same capacity, with the same employer and same location. My English test score is at the Proficient level. If anyone knows any leads to help me in my process of attaining PR, kindly reach out for more info.
