1. Is occupation 'Computing Professional (nec)' same as Building and Engineering Professionals nec' ?

2. I was assessed under category 2129 - 79 (Building and Engineering Professionals nec) which is under Schedule 1 SOL list. But while applying for immigration my agent mentioned category as 2231-15 (Software Designer) in my online application which is under Schedule - 3 SOL. When I pointed out this to my agent about difference in Asco code , I got the following reply .

“Please note your nominated occupation (2129-79) need not be same as your actual work experience (IT). This means you can show your IT Work Experience. The rule being if your nominated occupation is 60 points for skill you must have been in Employment in "any occupation on the list of skilled occupations" for at least 12 out of the 24 months before applying for migration under Skilled Australian Sponsored Category.“

So my immigration application will be considered under 2231-15 category or the category I was assessed (2129 – 79).

My time lines are as below:
Lodged On : 12th May 2008 ( Non CSL and Non MODL)
Family sponsored …still waiting for the Visa.

Now i want ACS to re-assess my credentials and put me on Computer network and system engineer (ANZSCO -263111). So i can make ACS realize that i can also fall into the category of computer network and systems engineer by sending them my CCNP certification.

Dear you are asking for preparation of reassessment documents for new ANZCO, but if I will go with schedule 3 there is only System Analyst 261112 or if I will go with schedule 4 that is for state sponsorship contains System Analyst too, ICT Security Specialist previously exist in MODL as System Auditor, System Administrator previously exist in MODL, Computer Network and Systems Engineer also previously exist in MODL as System Designer, but the question is what is right for me as i have assessed security specialist recently and all new schedule 4 professions were exist when i have applied RPL in January 2010. Is ACS will ask question or objection why not you select System Auditor, System Designer in your first RPL which was exist in old MODL.
