175 visa while already in Australia (457) - Processing times
Hi all!
Does anyone know if the processing times for a 175 visa are faster if you are already in Australia under a 457 sponsored visa (and not off-shore like the majority of applicants)?
Or do they consider they don't have to process it quickly since you're already in Australia?

Also if they grant your 175, you must immediately withdraw any outstanding 457 renewal otherwise your 175 could be replaced by a new 457.
