160EH and 26EH Address Question
Hi
I have received an email request from my Case Officer to do 160EH and 26EH forms. I understand that both forms will be sent by my examing doctor. I am a 175 Skilled - Independent applicant.
My question:
Where will my examing doctor send the forms to? I cannot find any address on the forms. I am asking this question so that I wish to double confirm the address with my doctor, for peace of mind.
