We submitted our ITA on the 17th October and it was about 3months from this that we had contact (taking into account the Christmas break) and the interview cam almost straight away, I was offered an earler interview but wanted to book the time off work. We are looking around Auckland area just because we do have some extended family there and contacts. What about you? Have you visited NZ before?

Wow, your timeline is pretty quick considering you didn't have a job offer. We're getting excited now!

We've been looking into where we'd like to settle in NZ and like the idea of Mt Maunganui / Tauranga. We've been to NZ twice but never actually visited this area. We have friends who lived there for a while and loved it. I suppose it will depend where we can get jobs though, we're both PE teachers. May have a better chance in Auckland, so might see you there!
