Has anyone renewed their returning residence visa's?

We had it changed after our initial 3months as required and got them back with our new retunring visa and our indefinate PR visa. Now we are nearing the end of our 2nd year and are needing to send away to have our RRV updated to indefinate, how do we do this is there a form we fill out and does it cost even more money?
