The PAR(Pre-assessment Result)
I need to apply for The PAR(Pre-assessment Result) where only credit card is accepted,i have international visa card but from my country online credit card payment has recently stopped by the Govt.
Is there any way to pay the PAR(Pre-assessment Result) fee ($138)?

Not really. I suggest you contact/ email NZQA direct. They may accept Credit Union . You never know.
