OMG we finally have our AIP
It has taken us nearly a year since we first put in our EOI, we sent in our ITA in May and after much waiting being patient (LOL) and more paperwork we have at long last heard that they have accepted us. Now just a small thing of selling the house, we hope to be out there August this year. WOOOOOPEEEEEEE !!!!!!

We are just awaiting the final decision after telephone interview last week
We hope to go in June if the news is favourable!
Did you get PR or WTR? Where are you heading?

We've got PR. We are heading to the Kapaiti coast, Rumati first as that is where our job offer is, and I have some family. Then we are aiming to settle at the Bay of Plenty somewhere near Katikati asap.
Thanks everyone for your messages, It has certainly been a long road and like many others we have wondered if we'll ever get there. Sometimes it was disheartening when I read that others had applied after us and were already out there. But reading lots of messages that kept encouraging people to smile and continue helped us along, plus I have learnt a lot reading other peoples questions. I'm sure i'll still have some though
