belated Seasons Greetings etc...
It's 3 month mark tomorrow.
Bit of a progress update, the Wife went to docs for a routine check up, did a Cholesterol test. Results same as Medical 4th ago. 7.1 not budged one bit.
shes been taking the herbal route to get it down, Doctor want her to go on a 40mg "Statin" cant remember brand name. not happy with that. did some research and found some alternatives.
and yes, still on the daily porridge.. both of dont eat the things that are on the BAD food lists. partly hereditary, her dad had it for years, and to look at him you would wonder why? an ex miner who even now cant sit still always active.
ah well, back to the COLD weather, promised even more of the White Stuff at the weekend.....................
