Hi all

We are booking our meds in the next 4 weeks as we have to submit our app by the beginning of July.

How long do the results generally take to come back?

Does anyone have any idea what other tests they do or what they are looking for? Or a link to a website that tells you would be fab!

We had our medicals at Bridge Street Clinic as well. Results came back within 4 days. all fine. I'm pretty sure if you visit the immigration website there are details on there for what they are looking for. Also isnt that where you have to print off copies and fill in certain parts, attach photos etc to take with you for your medical? It will tell you on the form the different things they are looking for and testing for.
Bye the way the clinic was excellent, very friendly and quick, especially with the 2 boys.

WOW your results in 4 days?? WOW!! Ours took 12days... What a long wait, especially as we were applying for a work visa under the essential skills policy with a job offer you want to get it all do quickly... Wish I knew about them earlier!

I went to Handsworth Wood Medical Services in B'ham. While it's a one stop shop I wish they had told me at that time that NZIS would ask me for a specialist report at the time so I could have organised myself and submit it all at once and not wait for my CO to come back to me 2 weeks later...
