clean police check
An odd one really.
I have had my police checks back which are clear. I do however have a convicted conviction(nothing major) from 7 years ago. Should I still declare this incase ir rears its head in the future.
We are going WTR so am worried when we apply for residence in 2 years the checks may come back with the conviction on.

You had better be upfront about it. The conviction does not disqualify you automatically. A few character references would probably not go amiss, though.
