Hi there,

I got my first working visa (E-1) in Dec. 99 and my employment authorization in
Jan. 2000 until my old passport expired on June 12, 2001. So now I've got my new
passport good for another 10 years and a new employment authorization for another
two years. My question is, do I need to apply a new E-1 visa from Buffalo (where
I got my first E-1)?

Hi:

You do not have to apply for a new employment authorization. But, you may want to
advise CIC that you have a new passport.
