Re: Work only
A British citizen who is between the ages of 18 and 30 can get a 12-month working holiday visa through BUNAC.
Anyone else can get a temporary work permit (TWP). This usually requires a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) and a job offer.
Applying for a TWP is not immigrating. In order to immigrate, you would need to apply for a permanent residence (PR) visa.
But I'm not sure where you're going with this question. From your previous posts, it seems that a prospective employer already has obtained an LMO and offered you a job. So I assume you know about the TWP application process.
If you're wondering about the criminal rehabilitation process, something that also has come up in your previous threads, it applies to all people who want to enter Canada, even tourists.
